Terms and Conditions of Auction Sale:
A $500 earnest money deposit for EACH HOME SITE and a $100 real estate transaction fee FOR EACH HOME SITE will be charged to the winning bidder and placed on your credit card at the closing of the auction sale. The balance will be due at closing on or before December 23, 2019. The seller will pay for and will provide a title insurance policy, convey a general warranty deed and pay for documentary stamps. All prorations will be as of day before closing. The contract for sale and purchase will be sent via email to the buyer by 12:30PM EDT at the close of the auction.
