    The office property on Hwy 19 in Hudson, FL. may be of interest to us. We are a small investment group. There are several questions that came up in a review of the due diligence. Could you provide the following: What are the annual real estate taxes? What is the annual cost for insurance and what is the coverage? Is there a management company. If so, who are they and what are their duties and fees/charges? Has an appraisal been done? Can you provide a complete rental history for the past 12 months?
